Can I send my own files?

What colors are available?

Yes. We accept STL and 3MF files directly through our custom order portal. Ensure your models are manifold and watertight before uploading.

We stock a wide range of standard colors including matte black, slate grey, electric blue, and translucent options. Custom colors available upon request.

How long does printing take?

Do you sand or paint prints?

Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days. Large batch orders or complex multi-part assemblies may require additional calibration time.

We ship prints raw and cleaned with supports carefully removed. This keeps costs low and ensures surfaces are ready for your custom primer.

Do you offer bulk orders?

What is your standard infill?

We provide volume discounts for production runs over 50 units. Contact our support team directly to receive a custom bulk quote.

Our default infill is 20% using a gyroid pattern for optimal weight-to-strength ratio. Functional parts can be printed up to 100% infill.
